Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect sizing.
Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at:

- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
Return Shipping
Returns are accepted at the customer's expense. Please ensure your return is sent using a tracked shipping method, as Sher Panjab is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as required.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are automatically processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel, you will need to return the order after receiving it.
Wrong Address Policy
Sher Panjab is not responsible for lost or misrouted parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
- However, once a shipping label is generated, address changes are no longer possible, as the carrier has already received the shipping details.
Note: We do not cover return costs if the customer changes their mind after receiving the order.
